舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的研究舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床效果及安全性。方法选取湖南省儿童医院就诊过敏性鼻炎患儿并随机分为2组:常规基础抗过敏治疗组(300例)和舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂组(300例),分析两组的临床症状积分、临床疗效、不良反应和生活质量等。结果两组治疗后的临床症状积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后粉尘螨滴剂组显著低于抗过敏治疗组(P<0.05)。粉尘螨滴剂组的总有效率96.7%(290/300),显著高于抗过敏治疗组80.0%(240/300)(P<0.05)。粉尘螨滴剂组的不良反应发生率为0,显著低于抗过敏治疗组10.0%(30/300)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的生活质量评分及鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)总分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且粉尘螨滴剂组显著低于抗过敏治疗组(P<0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床效果及安全性较常规基础抗过敏治疗好。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect and safety of sublingual dust mite drops in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.METHODS Children with allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:conventional basic antiallergic treatment group(300 cases) and sublingual administering dust mites drops group(300 cases).The clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.RESULTS After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and scores in dust mites drops group were significantly lower than those in the group receiving conventional basic antiallergic treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7%(290/300) in the dust mite drops group,which was significantly higher than 80.0%(240/300) in the conventional basic antiallergic treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the dust mite drops group was 0,significantly lower than that in the conventional basic antiallergic treatment group,which was 10.0%(30/300)(P<0.05).The quality of life scores and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ) scores in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the dust mite drops were significantly lower than that in the conventional basic antiallergic treatment group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mite drops has better clinical effect and safety than conventional antiallergic therapy in children with allergic rhinitis.
