摘  要:为了研究激光清洗水垢的特性,用不同参数的激光分别对上附水垢的1A99铝基板及304不锈钢板进行清洗处理,并与普通化学清洗方法样品对比,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和表面轮廓仪比较分析清洗效果。结果表明:铝基材激光清洗后的粗糙度高于水垢表面,而304不锈钢样品激光清洗后表面的水垢物质残留少于化学清洗表面。由此可以看出,相较于化学清洗,激光清洗水垢具有一定的优越性和稳定性。As a new scale cleaning method,laser cleaning has not been widely used to replace chemical cleaning.In order to study the laser cleaning characteristics of scale,the formation and composition of scale on 1A99 aluminum substrate were analyzed.Then the laser cleaning was carried out with different parameters,and the comparative analysis before and after cleaning was carried out by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and surface profiler.The results show that the roughness of the aluminum substrate scale after laser cleaning is higher than that of the scale surface,while the residual dirt of the laser cleaning sample is less than that of the chemical cleaning surface,and the o content is only 20.6%of that of the pickling.It can be seen that compared with chemical cleaning,laser cleaning has certain advantages and stability.
