摘 要:为解决由于原材料供应商、PC构件厂和建筑施工企业各自独立的管理方式而导致供应链库存成本普遍过高的问题,以降低装配式建筑供应链库存成本,提高供应链效率为目的,以VMI模式作为理论指导,以BIM应用作为技术支撑,建立了原材料供应商-PC构件厂-建筑施工企业的三层供应链库存模型,对供应链上各参与方的库存成本进行计算,分析实施VMI前后上下游三方的库存成本变化及总成本变化。以武汉市某装配式项目为例,验证了VMI模式下供应链整体库存成本在一定程度上呈下降趋势,为装配式建筑供应链库存成本管理提供参考。To solve the problem due to raw material suppliers,PC file and the way of the management of construction enterprises independent supply chain inventory cost caused by excessive generally,in order to reduce the prefabricated construction supply chain inventory cost and to improve the efficiency of supply chain,taking VMI model as the theoretical guidance and BIM application as technical support,a three-layer supply chain model of the raw material suppliers-PC file-construction enterprise is set up.Each of the three parties is calculated in terms of supply chain cost,and the change in cost and total cost of the upstream and downstream before and after implementing VMI are analyzed.Taking a prefabricated project in Wuhan city as an example,it is verified that the overall inventory cost of the supply chain in VMI mode shows a downward trend to some extent,which provides reference for the inventory cost management of the prefabricated construction supply chain.
