蒙脱石散联合泮托拉唑治疗小儿上消化道出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒙脱石散联合泮托拉唑治疗小儿上消化道出血的效果。方法:124例上消化道出血患儿,按随机数字法分为参照组和联合组,每组62例。参照组用蒙脱石散治疗,联合组用蒙脱石散联合泮托拉唑治疗。分析两组临床症状改善时间、止血时间和住院时间,观察两组治疗的总有效率及不良反应率。结果:联合组临床症状改善时间、止血时间和住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率96.8%高于参照组82.3%,不良反应率6.5%低于参照组20.9%(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合泮托拉唑治疗小儿上消化道出血有利于临床症状改善,降低不良反应。Objective: To investigate the effects of montmorillonite powder combined with pantoprazole on the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children. Methods: 124 children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomized into the control group and combined therapy group, each with 62 cases. The control group were treated with montmorillonite powder, while the combined therapy group were treated with montmorillonite powder combined with pantoprazole. The improvement time of clinical symptoms, hemostasis time and hospital stays, as well as the incidence of adverse reactions and overall curative effect were compared between both groups. Results: The improvement time of clinical symptoms, hemostasis time and hospital stay in the combined therapy group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the overall curative effect was 96.8%, which was higher than 82.3% in the control group;and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.5%, which was lower than 20.9% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Montmorillonite powder combined with pantoprazole can effectively improve clinical symptoms, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
