摘 要:目的:探讨饲粮中添加不同水平的烟酰胺对AA肉鸡生长性能、脂肪沉积和小肠形态结构的影响。方法:选用1日龄AA肉鸡160只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。饲粮中烟酰胺的添加水平分别为0(对照组),以及30、60和90 mg/kg(实验组)。试验期为49 d,比较各组间生长性能、脂肪沉积和小肠形态结构差异。结果:饲粮添加90 mg/kg烟酰胺可提高22~49日龄肉鸡的日均增重,并降低料重比,但添加烟酰胺对1~21日龄肉鸡的日均增重和料重比无显著影响;添加60 mg/kg烟酰胺显著增加了28日龄肉鸡的肌间脂肪带宽度(P<0.05),添加烟酰胺趋于增加49日龄肉鸡肌间脂肪带宽度、腹脂重和腹脂率;添加90 mg/kg烟酰胺在一定程度上提高了试验鸡的法氏囊指数和胸腺指数(P<0.1);添加60、90 mg/kg烟酰胺能够增加空肠绒毛高度(P<0.05),但对隐窝深度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值无显著影响。结论:饲粮中添加烟酰胺对肉鸡生长性能和空肠黏膜形态结构具有一定的改善作用,其中以添加90 mg/kg烟酰胺效果最佳。Objective:To investigate the effects of different levels of nicotinamide on growth performance,fat deposition and intestinal morphology of AA broilers.Methods:A total of 160,1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 in each replicate.The broilers were fed with the diet supplemented with 0(control group),30,60 and 90 mg/kg nicotinamide(experimental group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 49 days.and finally the growth performance,fat deposition and intestinal morphology of each groups were compared.Results:Dietary supplementation of 90 mg/kg nicotinamide could increase ADG and decrease F/G of broilers at 22 to 49 days of age,but nicotinamide had no significant difference in ADG and F/G of broilers at 1 to 21 days of age.The intermuscular fat band width was significantly increased by supplementing 60 mg/kg nicotinamide at 28 days of age(P<0.05),and the intermuscular fat band width,abdominal fat weight and abdominal fat percentage were tended to increase in broilers treated with nicotinamide at 49 days of age.The bursa fabrystus index and thymus index were tended to increase(P<0.1)by supplementing 90 mg/kg nicotinamide.The jejunum villus height was elevated significantly(P<0.05),whereas the crypt depth and villus height/crypt depth(V/C)value were unaffected in broilers treated with 60 or 90 mg/kg nicotinamide.Conclusion:Dietary nicotinamide supplementation could improve the growth performance and jejunal mucosa morphology of broilers,and 90 mg/kg nicotinamide supplementation was the most appropriate dose.
