摘  要:目的:研究去势术对雄性犬脂代谢的影响。方法:将12只年龄体重相近的雄性犬随机分为非手术组和去势组,将去势组进行去势手术,观察测定各组犬术前第1天、术后恢复后第14天、第21天血清中TG(甘油三酯)、TC(总胆固醇)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白),分析去势术对雄性犬脂代谢的影响。结果:去势组TG在第21天显著上升,TC去势组相比于非手术组呈下降趋势,HDL-C第14天和第21天都低于非手术组,LDL-C都高于非手术组,整体呈上升趋势。结论:去势手术会影响机体脂类代谢,导致去势组甘油三脂升高,总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白下降,低密度脂蛋白上升。Objective:To investigate the effect of castration on lipid metabolism in male dogs.Methods:Twelve male dogs of similar age and weight were randomly divided into non-surgical group and castration(experimental)group.The experimental group were castrated.TG(triglyceride),TC(total cholesterol,LDL-C(low density lipoprotein),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein)of groups were measured on the first day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day.The effects of castration on lipid metabolism in male dogs were analyzed.Results:TG in castration group increased significantly from 21 days,TC castration group showed a downward trend compared with non-operation group,HDL-C on 14 and 21 days were lower than non-operation group,LDL-C was higher than non-operation group,and overall showed an upward trend.Conclusion:Castration surgery affects the body’s lipid metabolism,which leads to an increase in triglycerides in the castration group,a decrease in total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein,and an increase in low-density lipoprotein.
