摘  要:传统的封注装置及方法在软弱破碎煤岩体巷道的应用中存在操作烦琐、封孔效果差、注浆压力低等问题。设计一种新型封孔注浆装置,通过分析其封孔与注浆工作机理,分别建立新型封注装置及注浆孔受力力学模型,得到注浆压力及封孔长度的合理范围;采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,以封孔胶套受力、变形特征为主线,依据封孔胶套与孔壁接触特征,确定装置封孔段胶套几何尺寸与注浆孔径间的最佳匹配关系。结合工程实际,根据新型封注装置工作参数,模拟再现巷道帮部煤体注浆加固过程,揭示浆液流动规律及煤体应力、孔隙率变化规律,优化注浆孔孔深,形成一套较为具体的封孔注浆加固方案,在现场取得良好的应用,为类似条件下巷道围岩注浆加固提供了一定依据。In traditional sealing and grouting devices and methods exist such problems in the application of soft and broken coal and rock mass roadways as cumbersome operation,poor sealing effect,and low grouting pressure.In the present study,a novel sealing and grouting device was designed,working mechanism of sealing and grouting was analyzed,mechanical models of novel sealing and grouting device and grouting hole were established respectively,and reasonable ranges of grouting pressure and sealing length were obtained.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the best matching relationship between geometric size of rubber sleeve of the device and grouting hole diameter was determined according to touching characteristics of sealing sleeve and borehole wall with force and deformation characteristics of sealing rubber sleeve as the main line.Combined with an actual project,according to working parameters of novel sealing and grouting device,the coal mass grouting reinforcement process of coal roadway side was simulated and reproduced.Meanwhile slurry flow characteristic and evolution characteristic of coal mass stress and porosity were revealed,and grouting hole depth was optimized.A set of more concrete sealing and grouting reinforcement schemes has achieved good application in the field,which provides evidence for grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock of the roadway under similar conditions.
