摘 要:以充填法开采为研究背景进行矿区安全开采深度的规律研究,并依据安全开采深度进行井筒保安矿柱的优化研究;采用^(3D) Mine-Rhinoceros-FLAC^(3D)耦合构建矿区精细化三维模型,进行保安矿柱优化模拟及稳定性分析。结果表明:矿体倾角与安全开采深度负相关,开采厚度与安全开采深度正相关,且安全开采深度随建(构)筑物保护等级的降低逐渐减小;依据安全开采深度进行保安矿柱优化可满足充填法开采井筒稳定性要求;矿体开采过程中产生的扰动范围可控制在采场周围10 m范围内,破坏形式以剪切破坏为主、拉伸破坏次之,且随着开采步骤的增加均呈指数增长趋势;调整移动角进行井筒保安矿柱回采,矿体开采结束后回采保安矿柱移动角至79°可满足井筒稳定性要求,预计可回收保安矿柱内近70%矿量。With back-fill mining as research background,law of safety mining depth in mining area was studied,and according to safety mining depth,optimization research of shaft safety pillar was carried out.A fine 3D model of the mine was constructed with 3D Mine-Rhinoceros-FLAC^(3D) coupling,and optimization simulation and stability analysis of safety pillar were carried out.Results have shown that dip angle of orebody is negatively correlated with safety mining depth,while mining thickness is positively correlated with it,and safety mining depth decreases with the decrease of protection level of the building(structure);safety pillar optimization based on safety mining depth can meet stability requirements of back-fill mining;disturbance range generated in ore-body mining can be controlled within 10 m around the stope.Shear failure is the main form of failure,followed by tensile failure,and they both show an exponential growth trend with the increase of mining steps;the adjustment of movement angle to carry out shaft safety pillar mining shows that after mining of the ore body,the movement angle at 79°can meet requirements of shaft stability,and it is estimated that nearly 70%of the ore in safe pillars can be recovered.
