药用大麻中次大麻二酚与局麻药联合使用对大鼠皮下浸润麻醉的影响

摘　　要：研究药用大麻中次大麻二酚(CBDV)对局部麻醉药盐酸左布比卡因(LB)麻醉效果的影响.采用大鼠皮下浸润模型,分别考察不同剂量下,不同给药时间点CBDV对LB局部麻醉作用的有效时长和镇痛效果的影响.结果显示,1 mg·kg^(-1)、5 mg·kg^(-1)、10 mg·kg^(-1)、20 mg·kg^(-1) CBDV与0.2%LB联合用药的有效作用时间分别为1.83±0.51 h、2.67±0.26 h、2.83±0.52 h、25±0.27 h;1.5 h以内,中剂量组10 mg·kg^(-1) CBDV联合用药作用效果最强;2 h之后,高剂量组20 mg·kg^(-1)镇痛强度强于其他组;在0.2%LB给药前5 min、15 min、30 min、60 min,分别尾静脉注射5 mg·kg^(-1) CBDV,联合用药的麻醉有效时长分别为2.58±0.38 h,2.83±0.41 h,2.50±0.55 h,2.58±0.58 h,均能延长盐酸左布比卡因的局麻作用时间.结果表明,CBDV对盐酸左布比卡因的局部麻醉时长及镇痛效果均有良好的协同作用.This experiment studied the effect of cannabidivarin(CBDV)in medicinal cannabis on the anesthetic effect of the local anesthetic levobupivacaine hydrochloride(LB).The rat subcutaneous infiltration model was used to investigate the effects of CBDV on the local anesthesia,effective duration and analgesic effect of LB at different doses and time points of administration.The results showed that the effective action time of 1 mg·kg^(-1),5 mg·kg^(-1),10 mg·kg^(-1),20 mg·kg^(-1)CBDV and 0.2%LB was 1.83±0.51 h,2.67±0.26 h,2.83±0.52 h,3.25±0.27 h;within 1.5 h,the combination of 10 mg·kg^(-1)CBDV in the middle dose group had the strongest effect;after 2 hours,the analgesic intensity of 20 mg·kg^(-1) in the high-dose group was stronger than that in other groups;5 mg·kg^(-1) CBDV was injected into the tail vein 5 min,15 min,30 min and 60 min before 0.2%LB administration.The effective duration of anesthesia of the combined drug was 2.58±0.38 h,2.83±0.41 h,2.50±0.55 h,2.58±0.58 h,all of which could prolong the local anesthesia time of levobupivacaine hydrochloride.The experiment results showed that CBDV had a good synergistic effect on the length of local anesthesia and analgesic effects of levobupivacaine hydrochloride.
