具有凹凸横条效应的凉感弹力经编面料开发

摘　　要：从原料选择、织造设计、染整工艺3个方面综合考虑开发凉感弹力经编面料,选用哑光凉感锦纶长丝、普通锦纶丝及氨纶,在RSE4-1型经编机上开发3款具有凹凸橫条效果的凉感弹力经编面料。同时对凉感面料织造和染整过程中的技术要点进行分析总结,并对吸湿速干性、凉感性、弹性和钩纱等性能进行测试。结果表明,所开发的3款凉感面料具有优异的吸湿速干性和持续凉感效果,抗钩纱等级好,具有一定的弹性伸长率,可广泛用于内衣、运动服等产品。This paper introduces the whole idea and process for developing cool-feel elastic warp knitted fabrics from the raw material selection, knitting technology and dyeing and finishing process. It designs 3 kinds of different stitches of cool-feel warp knitted fabrics with relief horizontal stipe effect by using full dull cooling polyamide and common polyamide and spandex on the RSE4-1 four guide bars Raschel warp knitting machine, which are fabrics with the strip and pique effect. It describes knitting technology, dyeing and finishing process in details and analyzes some key technical points. It also tests the performance of the fabrics, such as moisture absorption and quick dry properties, cool-feel properties, elasticity, snagging, and so on. The results indicate that the developed 3 kinds of cool-feel elastic warp knitted fabrics with excellent cool-feel, quick drying, moderate elongation, and high-grade of anti-snagging, are ideal for underwear and sportswear.
