摘　　要：配网10kV线路允许载流量的设定影响线路的环网转供电裕度、用户接入、配网规划以及安全稳定运行,对配网10kV线路允许载流量的科学管理能够起到兼顾电网的经济性、安全性与灵活性。文章对配网10kV线路允许载流量的主要影响因素进行了全面分析,并对配网10kV线路允许载流量的管理现状情况进行探讨,并提出基于温度变化的配网10kV线路允许载流量动态管理方法,为配网10kV线路允许载流量的管理提出科学高效的管理方法。The setting of allowable current-carrying capacity of 10kV distribution network lines affects the margin from loop network to power supply,user access,distribution network planning and safe and stable operation of the line.Scientific management of allowable current-carrying capacity of 10kV distribution network lines can give consideration to the economy,security andflexibility of the power network.The carrying capacity of the main influence factors of 10kV distribution network line allows are analyzed comprehensively,the management status of allowable capacity of 10kV line is also discussed.This paper puts forward dynamic management methods based on the temperature distribution network of 10kV line allows.Scientific and efficient management methods are put forward for the management of allowable capacity of 10kV line in the distribution network.
