摘　　要：随着信息化建设的不断推进,政府人才公共服务逐渐呈现规模化、规范化的态势。但由于不同人才在不同行业和发展阶段的人才公共服务需求越来越多,导致人才公共服务和政务服务的质量与效率面临着严峻的挑战。因此,文章对政府人才公共服务中存在的信息化建设、线上平台搭建等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。With the continuous advancement of information construction,the public service of government talents gradually presents the trend of scale and standardization.However,as different talents in different industries and stages of development have more and more demands for talent public service,the quality and efficiency of talent public service and government service are facing severe challenges.Therefore,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the public service of government talents,such as information construction and online platform construction,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
