摘  要:采用热分析技术和微观组织分析,研究了蠕化元素RE和Mg含量对蠕墨铸铁凝固过程和石墨形态的影响。结果表明,铁液经RE与Mg蠕化处理后,共晶点右移,初晶温度升高,0.019%~0.023%RE和0.006%~0.011%Mg使初晶温度由原铁液的1152.7℃上升至1163.2~1166.6℃。共晶凝固再辉温度ΔT_(R)与石墨形态具有确定的对应关系,随着ΔT_(R)增加,蠕化率升高,当再辉温度高于5℃,蠕化率大于50%。提高RE/Mg比,有利于获得高蠕化率,RE/Mg比增加后,采用高效孕育剂,可抑制蠕化铁液的白口倾向。The effect of vermicular element RE and Mg content on the solidification process and morphology of vermicular graphite was studied by thermal analysis and microstructure characterization.The results show that the eutectic point moves to right and the primary crystallization temperature increases after vermicularization treatment by Re and Mg alloy,and 0.019%~0.023%RE and 0.006%~0.011%Mg increase the primary crystallization temperature from 1152.7℃to 1163.2~1166.6℃.There is a definite relationship between the eutectic recalescence temperatureΔT_(R)and morphology of graphite.With the increase ofΔT_(R),the vermicular rate increases.When recalescence temperature is higher than 5℃,the vermicular rate is more than 50%.In crease Re/Mg ratio is beneficial to obtain high vermicular rate,and the chill tendency can be inhibited by using high efficiency inoculants when RE/Mg ratio is increased.
