摘 要:以QTD1050-7材料为研究对象,研究了该材料的低温力学性能。结果表明,与常温下的力学性能对比,低温条件下,该材料的力学性能变化较大,但仍具有良好的综合力学性能。在-20℃时,抗拉强度提高了6.85%,伸长率为7.40%,下降了12.63%,冲击功为74 J,下降了20.43%;在-60℃时,相对于常温条件抗拉强度提高8.39%,伸长率下降29.04%,冲击功下降了66.67%;在-60℃时,硬度变化幅度相对较小,硬度最高,比常温提高了8.48%。The low temperature mechanical properties of QTD 1050-7 were studied. The results show that compared with the mechanical properties at room temperature, the mechanical properties of the material change greatly at low temperature,but it still has good comprehensive mechanical properties. At-20 ℃, the tensile strength increases by 6.85%, the elongation is 7.40%, and the impact energy decreases by 12.63% at 74 J. At-60 ℃, the tensile strength increases by 8.39%, the elongation decreases by 29.04%, and the impact energy decreases by 66.67%. At-60 ℃, the range of hardness is relatively small and the hardness is the highest, which is 8.48% higher than that at room temperature.
