摘　　要：介绍了柴油机活塞裙铸件的结构及技术要求,根据结构的复杂程度和技术要求对其难点进行了分析,在铸造工艺设计中主要从活塞裙铸件化学成分的选择、铁液球化及孕育处理等工艺进行了研究。结果表明,通过生产试制,工艺改进方案可行,生产出了合格的铸件。The structure and technical requirements of diesel engine piston skirt casting were introduced. According to the complexity of the structure and technical requirements, the difficulties were analyzed. In the casting process design, the selection of chemical composition of piston skirt casting, spheroidization and inoculation treatment of molten iron were studied. The results show that the process improvement scheme is feasible and qualified castings are produced.
