摘 要:采用铸造模拟软件ProCAST分析了熔模铸造长江750特别铸铁泵壳铸件的热裂缺陷,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,铸件和浇注系统冷却速度以及凝固时间的差异是造成的铸造应力,并导致热裂缺陷产生的主要原因。通过减小浇注系统的尺寸,缩小了铸件和浇注系统的冷却速度和凝固时间的差异,改善铸造应力的分布,减轻由铸件和浇注系统形成的应力框效应,可以有效避免热裂缺陷的产生。The hot cracking defects of special cast iron pump shell castings of Changjiang 750 by investment casting were analyzed by casting simulation software ProCAST and verified by experiments.The results show that the difference of cooling rate and solidification time between casting and pouring system is the main cause of casting stress and hot crack.By reducing the size of the casting system,the difference of cooling speed and solidification time between the casting and the casting system is reduced,the distribution of casting stress is improved,the stress frame effect formed by the casting and the casting system is alleviated,and the hot crack defects can be effectively avoided.
