摘　　要：针对公司某产品U形件结构及加工要求,分析了该U形件弯曲压痕和尺寸难保证问题,深入讨论了U形件全R弯曲工艺特性,探讨了弯曲工艺方案并优选了弯曲整形模结构,通过引入转动轮及浮动推块弹簧结构有效控制了U形件弯曲压痕,增加斜楔和整形滑块保证了U形件弯曲尺寸的一致性,有效地保证了U形件弯曲质量,提高了U形件的加工效率。This paper aims at the structure and processing requirements of U-shaped pin parts of a product of the company,the problems of bending indentation and dimension difficulty are analyzed.The full R bending process characteristics of the U-shaped needle are deeply discussed,the bending process scheme was discussed and the structure of bending shaping die was optimized,by introducing turning the wheel and floating push block spring structure,the bending indentation of U-shaped parts is effectively controlled.The addition of wedge and forming slider ensures consistency of bending dimensions.Effectively ensure the bending quality of U-shaped parts.The machining efficiency of parts is improved.
