摘　　要：对汽车冲压件数据中孔的传递流程,数据特点及要素表达等方面进行了分析,引出带角度冲孔的孔方向及尺寸问题,从而寻求到了带角度冲孔的孔方向,实际孔大小的确定方法及冲孔超差的补偿措施。This paper analyzes the transmission process, data characteristics and factor expression of the hole in the data of automobile stamping products, leads to the direction and size of the hole with angle piercing, and thus finds the direction of the hole with angle piercing, the method of determining the actual hole size and the compensation measure of piercing out of tolerance are provided for the designer’s reference.
