摘　　要：介绍了某电机转子冲片扣点式复冲模的结构设计、工艺方案分析、装配工艺要点。重点从凸模的形状入手,模具关键零部件的结构及制造工艺全部标准化,有效缩短模具设计及制造周期,实现同类电机冲片该种模具的通用化。从根本上解决了该类模具技术难题,同时满足了冲片的精度要求,达到了冲片的叠压技术要求,模具做到结构简单、标准化。This paper introduces the structure design,process plan analysis and key points of assembly process of a motor rotor punch button compound die.Focus on the shape of the punch,the structure and manufacturing process of the key parts of the die are all standardized,effectively shorten the design and manufacturing cycle of the die,realize the generalization of the same motor punching die.It solves the technical problem of this kind of die fundamentally,and at the same time meets the requirement of stamping precision,and reaches the technical requirement of stamping.The die is simple in structure and standardized.
