摘　　要：汽车内饰零件中,喇叭网类的结构比较常见,此类塑件的模具在调试过程中容易出现两大主要问题:一个是塑件的粘定模;另一个是塑件的顶出问题,出现顶白、顶裂、顶变形等缺陷。介绍了一款汽车喇叭网的模具设计,为该类塑件模具设计提供借鉴.In the automobile interior decoration parts, the horn net class structure is quite common. There are two main problems in the process of testing the mold of this kind of products:one is the plastic parts sticking in the cavity side of the mold, the other is the ejection problem of the plastic parts, and there are some defects such as ejecting mark, crack and deformation. This paper introduces the design and analysis of a kind of automobile horn net mold, which can be used for reference for the mold design of this kind of plastic products.
