注射成型参数对塑件双色注射成型的影响

摘　　要：以音箱顶盖为例,研究了双色注射成型参数的影响,对注射调机具有指导意义。注射速度对外形尺寸影响不大,对外观影响明显,相对于射出二段,射出三段的注射速度对塑件尺寸和外观影响大,射出二段的注射压力对尺寸影响比较大。另外,保压压力过大,外观应力痕明显。Taking the top cover of sound box as an example,studying the influence of molding parameters on two-color injection molding has guiding significance for injection molding production.The injection speed has little influence on the size,but has obvious influence on the appearance.Compared with the second injection,the injection speed of the third injection has a great influence on the size and appearance of the product,while the injection pressure of the second injection has a great influence on the size.In addition,excessive holding pressure causes obvious appearance stress marks.
