摘　　要：介绍了一款筒类塑件模具设计及其工作过程,模具采用隐式二次顶出机构,顶出方式是采用顶杆、脱料板和一组活动机构相接合形式,首先进行平面脱模,接着顶杆顶出,整个开模过程中可平稳地把塑件从动模型芯顶出,模具加工简单,模具结构紧凑、工作可靠。This paper introduces the mold design and working process of a cylinder product.The mold adopts an implicit two-step ejection mechanism.The ejection mode is the joint of ejector rod,stripper plate and a group of movable mechanisms.First,the plane demoulding is carried out,and then the ejector rod is ejected.The driven model core of the plastic part is ejected smoothly in the whole mold opening process.The mold processing is simple and the mold structure is compact and reliable.
