摘　　要：汽车方向盘上盖是汽车零部件中的常见塑件之一,该塑件具有内部结构复杂,模具设计困难,成品较薄,成型工艺复杂等特点。通过对汽车方向盘上盖的分析,使用三维设计软件对塑件进行三维实体建模,在运用MoldFlow软件进行模流分析前,为了减少分析时间,提高修复正确率,采用MoldFlow Doctor软件对三维模型进行模型简化与错误修复,运用MoldFlow Insight软件修复调整划分网格、调整网格、修复网格、优化网格,设定注射工艺,分析优化处理,选出最佳方案,运用MoldFlow模流分析软件进行计算机模拟注射成型分析,结合分析数据不断进行工艺调整,最终选择更加切实可行的注射工艺,注射过程中按照填充、冷却、变形、翘曲进行分析调整,确定分析数据,通过分析研究,能够对塑件填充过程中容易产生的填充缺陷提前预知,为注射模设计提供良好的理论支撑,减少塑件设计周期,减少企业设计成本。Automobile steering wheel cover is one of the common products in automobile parts,this part has the characteristics of complex internal structure,difficult mold design,thin finished product and complex molding process.Through the analysis of the automobile steering wheel cover,3D design software was used to conduct 3D entity modeling of the product.Before using MoldFlow software to conduct mold flow analysis,in order to reduce the analysis time and improve the repair accuracy,MoldFlow Doctor software was used to simplify the 3D model and repair errors.Moldflow Insight software was used to repair and adjust the mesh,adjust the mesh,repair the mesh,optimize the mesh,set the injection molding process,analyze and optimize the processing,and select the best solution.MoldFlow analysis software was used to conduct computer simulation injection molding analysis,and the process was constantly adjusted based on the analysis data.Final choice more practical injection molding process,molding process carried out in accordance with the filling,cooling,deformation,warping analysis,determine the analysis data,through the analysis and study,can easily in the process of the products produced by filling defect in advance to predict,provide theoretical support for injection mold design,reduce product design cycle,reduce design cost.
