摘  要:以低分子量固体氟弹性体为初始原料,研究了KOH和双氧水用量对所得低分子量端羧基氟弹性体分子量及其分布的影响。进一步以电位滴定测得的羧基含量和化学计量等当点的pH为基础,对多种酸碱指示剂进行优选。研究结果表明:以溴甲酚紫为指示剂时滴定结果与电位滴定最接近,且终点颜色变化明显,更易于判定。最后,结合产物数均分子量和端羧基含量计算其平均官能度,并讨论了影响官能度大小的主要因素。Low molecular weight solid fluoroelastomers were used as initial materials,and the effects of the amount of KOH and hydrogen peroxide on the molecular weight and distribution of low molecular weight carboxyl terminated fluoroelastomer were studied. Furthermore,based on the carboxyl content measured by potentiometric titration and the pH at the stoichiometric equivalence point,a variety of acid-base indicators were optimized. The research results showed that the titration results were the closest to the potentiometric titration when bromocresol purple was used as the indicator. And the color change of end point was obvious,which was easier to judge. Finally,the average functionality was calculated by combining the number average molecular weight of the product and the content of terminal carboxyl groups,and the main factors affecting the functionality were discussed.
