摘　　要：随着人工智能、GIS、大数据等技术的发展及其应用的日渐成熟,航运经济发展将迎来智能航运的新时代。在此背景下,根据智能航运对海图数据管理、表达、应用与服务等方面的需求,研究了二三维海陆一体实景综合信息平台的建设与实现技术,展示了该平台的功能与特点,展望了二三维海陆一体信息技术在智能航运中的应用前景,以期从海洋地理空间信息融合与表达的角度为智能航运的发展提供借鉴。With the development and application of artificial intelligence,GIS,big data and other technologies,the development of shipping economy will usher in a new era of intelligent shipping Under this background,we study the construction and technical realization of 2 D and 3 D sea-land integrated real scene information platform according to the requirements of intelligent shipping for management,expression,application and service of chart data The functions and characteristics of the system are also displayed We look forward to the application prospect of 2 D and 3 D sea-land integrated information technology in intelligent shipping Our research is expected to provide reference for the development of intelligent shipping from the perspective of marine geospatial information fusion and expression.
