摘　　要：长江电子航道图是长江航运现代化发展的重要一环,为数字航道、智能航运建设以及水运信息化发展提供了有力支撑。从长江电子航道图数据生产与信息服务技术方法层面,说明长江电子航道图系统的功能特点及服务运行方式,分析其建设的技术功能与特点;介绍长江电子航道图提供的智能助航服务,并分析其推广应用前景,为内河电子航道图建设提供发展经验与应用示范。Changjiang Electronic Navigational Chart is an important part of Changjiang shipping modernization development It provides strong support for the construction of digital channel,intelligent shipping and the development of water transportation informatization From the perspective of data production and information service technology of Changjiang Electronic Navigational Chart,we explain the functional characteristics and service operation mode of the Changjiang Electronic Navigational Chart system,analyze its technical functions and characteristics of the construction We also introduce the intelligent navigation assistance service provided by Changjiang Electronic Navigational Chart and analyze its prospect of popularization and application Our research will provide development experience and application demonstration for the construction of inland electronic navigational charts.
