摘 要:采用改进的线性组合算符和幺正变换相结合的方法研究振动频率对抛物量子阱中极化子性质的影响,理论推导得到极化子有效质量和相互作用能的表达式,结果显示极化子的有效质量和相互作用能都是振动频率的函数。当耦合强度取不同值时,分别讨论了有效质量比和相互作用能随着振动频率的变化关系;以及当振动频率取定值时,相互作用能和有效质量比与电子-声子耦合强度的关系,相互作用能与阱宽之间的关系。通过数值计算得到以下结论:极化子有效质量比是振动频率的增函数,相互作用能是振动频率的减函数;振动频率取定值时,电子-声子耦合强度越大,有效质量比越大,相互作用能越小;阱宽越小,相互作用能越大,体现了奇特的量子限制效应。The influence of the vibration frequency on the properties of the polaron in a parabolic quantum well is investigated by using the improved linear combination operation and unitary transformation methods.The expressions of effective mass and interaction energy of polaron are obtained by theoretical derivation.The results show that the effective mass ratio and the interaction energy are functions of vibration frequency.When the electron-phonon coupling strength is taken at different values,the effective mass ratio and the interaction energy versus the vibration frequency are discussed,respectively.When the vibration frequency is fixed,the interaction energy and the effective mass ratio versus the electron-phonon coupling strength are discussed,respectively.When the vibration frequency is fixed a constant value,the relationship between the interaction energy and the well width is studied.The numerical results show that the effective mass ratio is an increasing function of the vibration frequency,and the interaction energy is a decreasing function of the vibration frequency.When the vibration frequency is constant,the larger the coupling strength is,the larger the effective mass ratio is,and the smaller the interaction energy is.The smaller the well width is,the greater the interaction energy is.It reflects the peculiar quantum confinement effect.
