摘 要:目的分析看图对话工具在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院收治的80例GDM患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组开展常规健康教育,观察组采用看图对话工具开展健康教育。比较两组健康教育前后的血糖指标和自护行为能力评分、自然分娩率。结果健康教育后,对照组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(6.62±1.24)mmol/L、(7.25±1.32)mmol/L及(6.84±1.26)%,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(6.12±2.41)mmol/L、(7.92±1.25)mmol/L及(6.26±1.31)%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=5.135、5.032、5.121,均P<0.05)。健康教育后,观察组患者自护行为能力评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率为95.00%(38例),显著高于对照组(82.50%,33例),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05)。结论在GDM患者健康教育中应用看图对话工具取得了显著效果,不仅能控制患者的血糖水平,而且在提高自护行为能力评分和自然分娩率方面有显著优势。Objective To analyze the application effect of picture reading dialogue tool in health education of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with GDM treated in Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional health education,and the patients in observation group were given health education based on picture reading dialogue tool.The blood glucose indexes and self-care behavior ability scores before and after health education,the rates of spontaneous labor were compared between the two groups.Results After health education,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2-hour plasma glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in control group were(6.62±1.24)mmol/L,(7.25±1.32)mmol/L,and(6.84±1.26)%,respectively;the levels of fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2-hour plasma glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in observation group were(6.12±2.41)mmol/L,(7.92±1.25)mmol/L,and(6.26±1.31)%,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(t=5.135,5.032,5.121,P<0.05).After health education,the score of self-care behavior ability in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The rate of spontaneous labor in observation group was 95.00%(38 cases),which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(33 cases)(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on picture reading dialogue tool can achieve significant effect in GDM patients,which can not only control blood glucose level,but also have significant advantages in improving self-care behavior ability score and spontaneous labor rate.
