摘 要:日本的污水处理起步较早,经过多年发展已经建设完善,并在其精细管理下编撰为《下水道統計》。对日本污水处理和污泥处置情况进行全面统计和深入分析,期望对我国污水处理厂的建设和运行具有借鉴意义。污水处理环节分析包括水质水量、处理要求、工艺和处理规模分布、深度处理方法、运行和设计参数、出水回用等;污泥处理环节分析包括污泥产量、处理处置方法、污泥资源化利用等;运营分析包括能源消耗、污泥消化产能和运行方式等。并进一步研究各因素和运行效果的关系,例如处理工艺和规模的匹配、生化处理负荷和运行参数的影响、污泥性质和沉淀池参数的选择、进水和出水污染物浓度、污泥进行厌氧消化处理的产能分析等。然而,由于我国和日本的水资源等国情和社会差异使得排放标准和回用需求不同,日本污水处理经验需要被进一步详细考察来服务于国内的污水处理厂建设和运行。The sewage treatment in Japan was started early. After years of development, it has been built and improved, and has detailed operation records under its fine management. This paper makes statistics on sewage treatment and sludge disposal in Japan. It is expected that the above statistical data and analysis can be used for reference in the construction and operation of wastewater treatment plants in China. Wastewater treatment includes water quality and quantity, treatment requirements, process and treatment scale distribution, advanced treatment method, operation and design parameters, wastewater reuse, sludge treatment includes sludge production, sludge treatment and disposal, sludge resource utilization, operation statistics includes energy consumption, sludge digestion and operation cost use. This paper also attempts to analyze the relationship between various factors and operation effect, such as the matching of treatment process and treatment scale, the influence of biochemical treatment load and other operation parameters, the selection of sludge properties and sedimentation tank parameters, the effluent quality of different treatment processes and scales, and the energy consumption analysis of sludge digestion.However, due to the national conditions and social differences in water resources between China and Japan, the discharge standards and reuse needs are different. It is necessary to further investigate and choose Japanese experience to serve the construction and operation of domestic wastewater treatment plants.
