摘 要:板桥水库取水工程设计规模为35.2万m^(3)/d,采用自流管式固定取水构筑物,其主要建设内容包括取水头部、自流管、取水泵房、压力输水管线及配套设施等。其中,取水构筑物的位置经3种设计方案技术及经济性分析后确定,且取水头部采用六边形分层取水型式,因此可保证在不同季节和水位时取水水量和水质满足设计要求。并且经技术经济对比后确定取水泵采用运行效率较高、占地面积较小的立式混流泵,可减少工程投资,提高运行安全可靠性。同时工程设计中采取多种措施确保水库现状坝体安全、避免水源污染及保障防洪安全。综合分析水库交通、地质条件,并经多次考察论证后确定取水头部采用三节预制钢筋混凝土结构和浮运吊装的施工工艺,自流管采用沉管和顶管的施工工艺。实际运行结果表明取水量与进水水质均得到保障。The design scale of water intake project of Banqiao reservoir is 352 000 m^(3)/d. The gravity pipe type fixed water intake structure is adopted. The main construction contents include water intake head, gravity pipe, water intake pump room, pressure water delivery pipeline and supporting facilities. Among them, the location of water intake structure is determined after the technical and economic analysis of three design schemes, and the water intake head adopts the hexagonal stratified water intake type, so the water quantity and quality can meet the design requirements in different seasons and water levels. After technical and economic comparison, it is determined that the vertical mixed-flow pump with high operation efficiency and small floor area can reduce the project investment and improve the operation safety and reliability. At the same time, various measures are taken to ensure the dam safety, avoid water pollution and ensure flood control safety. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the traffic and geological conditions of the reservoir, and after many times of investigation and demonstration, it is determined that the water intake head adopts the construction technology of three section precast reinforced concrete structure and floating hoisting, and the gravity pipe adopts the construction technology of immersed pipe and pipe jacking. The actual operation results show that the water quantity and inflow quality are guaranteed.
