摘 要:通过调研和分析上海市28个处于设计、在建和建成不同阶段的大型公共建筑项目的节水技术、节水管理措施,发现受调研项目基本能够满足现行国家、地方规范标准的相关规定,但也存在部分项目非传统水资源利用系统设计不合理,仅为满足绿色建筑星级评定的现象。相关部门近年更新了绿色建筑评价标准条文以避免这种形式上的浪费,在此基础上,建议颁布更明确和更全面的公共建筑节水评价标准用以规范建筑节水技术应用,并且应加强宣传建筑节水所产生的社会及环境效益。Through investigation and analysis of the water saving technologies and the water saving management measurements of 28 large-scale public buildings, which are in different stages from design, construction to completion, the projects mentioned in this article will likely meet the relevant provisions of the Chinese national and local standards for water conservation. Nevertheless, the design of nontraditional water utilization systems in some projects can be simply too impractical to install, in large because of the high standards that are required to achieve the green building star rating. In recent years, relevant departments have made adjustments to the assessment standards for green buildings in order to avoid such resource waste. On this basis, the article suggests that more explicit and comprehensive evaluation standards for water conservation in public buildings should be implemented in order to increase the implementation of water saving technology. In addition, more publicity should be given to the social and environmental benefits of water conservation in buildings across China.
