摘 要:以某高层建筑纠偏项目为工程背景,采用实测数据分析和数值计算研究等方法对刚性桩复合地基上高层建筑物纠偏机理展开了系统研究。现场依据信息化监测数据分步、分批次对褥垫层掏土,采用多台钻孔机沿建筑纵向多个作业段同步掏土作业,实现了纠倾过程中建筑物的均匀回倾。建立了刚性桩复合地基上建筑物纠偏的三维数值计算模型,通过对比分析数值模拟结果和实际工程监测数据,得到了掏土量和掏土孔进深等因素对建筑物纠偏变形的影响规律。该研究可为类似纠偏工程的设计和施工提供参考。Based on an inclined high-rise building rectification project,a systematic study on the rectification mechanism of high-rise buildings on rigid pile composite ground is carried out using measured data analysis and numerical calculation.According to the monitoring data,soil is removed in steps and batches at the same time.Several drilling machines are used to synchronously remove the soil along multiple operation sections in the longitudinal direction of the building to ensure the uniform tilting of the building during the correction process.A three-dimensional numerical model for rectification building on the rigid pile composite ground is established.Comparing and analyzing the numerical simulation results and actual monitoring data,the influence of factors such as the amount of removal and the depth of borehole on the rectification of buildings is summarized.The study result could provide a reference for the design and construction of similar building rectification projects.
