摘　　要：总结林兰教授从风论治糖尿病性非酮症偏侧舞蹈症经验。认为本病病机以肝肾阴虚为本,肝风内动为标,兼有血瘀、痰湿、火(热)等病理因素。治疗当在益气养阴基础上,注重镇肝熄风,同时结合活血通络、健脾化痰及清热之法。临床辨证施治时,擅用全蝎、蜈蚣、蝉蜕等性善走窜的虫类药物搜风通络,同时配合糖尿病"三型辨证"理论,积极控制血糖。This paper summarized professor LIN Lan’s experience in treating diabetic nonketotic hemichorea from the perspective of wind.It is believed that liver-kidney yin deficiency is the root of diabetic nonketotic hemichorea,while internal stirring of liver wind is the branch.Additionally,pathological factors including blood stasis,phlegm-damp and fire(heat) affect the condition.On the basis of boosting qi and nourishing yin,it is recommended to put focuse on tranquilizing the liver and extinguishing wind,and simultaneously,the methods of invigorating blood and unblocking collaterals,fortifying the spleen and dissolving phlegm,and clearing heat should be combined with.In syndrome differentiation and treatment,she commonly uses insect medicines with the wandering nature such as Quanxie(Scorpio),Wugong(Scolopendra) and Chantui(Periostracum Cicadae) to search and eliminate wind and unblock collaterals.Simultaneously,the theory of "three pattern differentiation" about diabetes is used to actively control the blood sugar.
