慢性冠心病心力衰竭的药物治疗进展

摘　　要：心力衰竭是各种心脏器质性疾病进展至终末阶段常见的一组复杂临床综合征,冠心病是其重要病因。随着冠心病在我国的患病率逐年上升,由其导致的心力衰竭带给患者及社会的医疗负担曰益严重。由于药物依然是目前治疗本病的主要手段,并取得了令人满意的疗效,因此探索合理、有效的药物治疗,对阻断疾病进展起到积极意义。目前该病治疗药物众多,各具效果。此文就目前慢性冠心病心力衰竭的药物治疗进展进行阐述,包括利尿剂、RAAS阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂,他汀类药物、曲美他嗪.中西医结合等方法,并对不同药物的作用机理进行阐述,以期为临床治疗提供依据。Heart failure is a conmon group of complex clinical syndromes in the terminal stage of various organie heart diseases,and coronary heart disease is an important cause.With the increasing prevalence of coronary heart disease in China,the medical burden of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease is becoming more and more serious.As drugs are still the main means to treat this disease,and have achieved satisfactory curative efet.Exploring a reasonable and efeetive drug Irealtment has a positive interest in blocking disease progression.At present,there are many drugs for the treatment of this disease.Therefore,this article rev iews the current progress of drug therapy for CHD heart failure,including diuretics,RAAS blockers,βblockers,statins,trimetazidine,integrated Traditional Chinese and W esterm medieineand explains the mechanism of action of dfferent dnugs,in order to provide evidence for elinical treatment.
