摘　　要：目的研究COPD稳定期患者长期家庭氧疗的依从性及影响因素。方法抽取广东省乐昌市第二人民医院门诊及住院部COPD稳定期患者169例进行调研,回顾性分析169例患者长期家庭氧疗资料,观察治疗效果并分析影响因素.结果影响患者长期LTHOT的因素主要集中在患者自身因素,如影响日常活动(78.57%)、影响睡眠(54.76%)、长时间吸氣有不适反应(28.57%)、担心产生依赖性(19.05%);患者治疗依从性不高,仅达到42.86%。长期LTHOT后患者肺功能FEV1、FVC.FEV1/FVC指标显著恢复且优于氧疗前,血气指标PaO_(2),PaCO_(2)恢复优于氧疗前(p<0.05)。结论长期家庭氧疗能显著改善COPD患者稳定期肺功能,改善临床症状,减少急性发作住院次数。及时了解患者需求,规避影响因素,有利于提高患者治疗依从性。Objective To study the compliance and influencing factors of long-term family oxygen therapy in patients with stable COPD.Methods 169 patients with stable COPD in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Lerhang Second People's Hospital were selected for investigalion.The flata of 169 patients with long-term family oxygen therapy were retrospectively analyzed,the effects were observed and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results the factors that affect the patienl's long-term LTHOT are mainly ronrentrated in the patient's own factors afferling daily activities(78.57%),afferting sleep(54.76%),flisromforl with prolonged oxygen inhalation(28.57%),and worrying about dependence(19.05%).The patient's treatment compliance is not high,only reaching 42.86%.After long-term LTHOT.the lung function FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC index of patients recovererl significantly and belter lhan before oxygen therapy,and the rec oven of blood gas index PaO_(2) and PaCO_(2) was better than before oxygen therapy,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Long-term home oxygen therapy can significantly improve the stable lung function of GOPD patients,improve clinical symptoms the number of acute episodes of hospitalization,timely undersland palient needs,and avoid influencing factors are heneficial to improve patient compliance with trealment.
