摘 要:针对J油田面临油田层间、层内矛盾突出,指进现象严重等问题,研究了目标油田地质油藏特征及注采工况条件,制备了适合J油田的层内生气复合泡沫调驱体系。通过测定不同浓度配比的自生气体系生气量,优选出体系浓度及配比;通过搅拌法和泡沫扫描仪法,优选出起泡剂QP-5;通过成胶实验,筛选出强化剂体系(干粉聚合物3000 mg/L+交联剂3000 mg/L):三者复配形成层内自生气复合泡沫调驱体系。封堵和驱油实验结果表明:层内自生气复合泡沫调驱体封堵率达到97.32%;层内自生气复合泡沫调驱体系能够启动中、低渗岩心的剩余油,从而大幅度提高采收率。The J oilfield is facing problems such as prominent inter-layer and intra-layer contradictions,serious fingering phenomenon,etc.Combining the geological reservoir characteristics and injection-production conditions of the target oilfield,the interbedded gas compound foam profile control and flooding system suitable for J oilfield is proposed.By measuring the amount of gas generated by the spontaneous generation system with different concentration ratios,the optimal concentration was found to be 8%;Through the stirring method and the foam scanner method,the optimal foaming agent was found to be QP-5;The enhancer system(3000 mg/L of dry powder polymer+3000 mg/L of crosslinking agent)was selected through the gel forming experiment.The self-generating foam control and flooding system in the formation layer were formed by the combination of three compositions.The plugging experiment shows that the plugging rate of the self-generating composite foam control and displacement body in the layer reaches 97.32%.The oil displacement experiment shows that the self-generating composite foam control and displacement system in the layer can drive the remaining oil in the middle and low permeability cores,and thereby greatly improves recovery factor.
