摘 要:通过添加皂土,采用水溶液聚合法,合成了多孔水凝胶复合吸附剂。分别利用扫描电镜和红外光谱以对吸附剂的结构进行了表征,并将其应用于水中铅和镉重金属离子的吸附。结果表明:所制备的水凝胶试样为网状多孔结构;在初始溶液pH值5~6,吸附时间6 h,Pb^(2+)的质量浓度50 mg/L,Cd^(2+)的质量浓度10 mg/L的条件下,吸附剂对Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的吸附率分别达到90%以上,对Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)吸附量分别为22.5 mg/g和4.5 mg/g。The porous hydrogel composite adsorbents were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method using acrylic acid and acrylamide as monomers,and bentonite as additives.The structures of the prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),respectively.These samples were applied to the adsorption of heavy metal ions of lead and cadmium in water.The results show that the prepared hydrogel sample has a network porous structure.Under the conditions of initial solution pH 56,adsorption time 6 h,mass concentration of heavy metal ion Pb^(2+)50 mg/L,mass concentration of heavy metal ion Cd^(2+)10 mg/L,the adsorption rates of Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)on the composite adsorbent are over 90%,and the adsorption capacity for Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)are 22.5 and 4.5 mg/g,respectively.
