摘  要:采用微波消解,对渣油浆态床加氢裂化尾油进行预处理。以残留总有机碳含量和残留酸度为指标考察消解液HNO_(3)浓度、H_(2)O_(2)添加量以及消解时间对消解效果的影响。建立了一种利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪检测微波消解后3组尾油试样的钼金属含量的方法。结果表明:在HNO_(3)浓度为12 mol/L,H_(2)O_(2)添加量为3.0 mL,消解时间为30 min的条件下对0.5000 g尾油试样微波消解后,残留总有机碳和残留酸度分别为6.04%和13.56%,该法的相对标准偏差1.08%~1.17%,加标回收率93.6%~106.4%。The residue slurry bed hydrocracking tail oil was pretreated by microwave digestion system.The effects of HNO_(3) concentration,H_(2)O_(2) addition amount and digestion time on the digestion efficiency were investigated with residual total organic carbon content and residual acidity as indexes.The molybdenum content of three groups of tail oil samples after microwave digestion was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer.The 0.5000 g mass of tail oil sample was dispelled under the conditions of HNO_(3) concentration of 12 mol/L,H_(2)O_(2) dosage of 3.0 mL and digestion timeof 30 min,the result showed that the residual total organic carbon and residual acidity of tail oil were 6.04%and 13.56%,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 1.08%1.17%,and the standard recovery rates werethe recovery were 93.6%106.4%.
