摘 要:对比了几种不同的酸值测试方法,并对其结果进行分析。结果表明:GB/T 264与GB/T 258酸值测试结果基本相同。对于常规油品,如汽轮机油、齿轮油、液压油、空压机油等试样,酸值测试结果由大到小分别为ASTM D974、GB/T 7304、ASTM D664,其中GB/T 264的测试结果与ASTM D664结果更为接近。电位滴定测试中,突跃点法与以pH=10为滴定终点的缓冲点法结果更为相近。常规的润滑油试样建议采用ASTM D664标准中缓冲点法进行检测,以降低不同油品间酸值测试差异。对于酸值含量较低的试样如汽油、柴油,采用GB/T 258测试方法会更直观观察到滴定终点。对于含有黏着物的燃料油试样更适合使用温度滴定方式测试。Several different methods of acid value measurement are compared and their results are analyzed.The acid value test results of GB/T264 and GB/T258 were basically the same.For conventional oil products,such as steam turbine oil,gear oil,hydraulic oil,air compressor oil and other samples,the acid value test results from large to small are ASTM D974,GB/T 7304,ASTM D664,the test result of GB/T264 is more closer to that of ASTM D664.In potentiometric titration test,the result of inflection point method is closer to that of buffer point method with pH=10.The buffer point method in ASTM D664 standard is recommended for regular lubricating oil samples to reduce the difference in acid value test between different oils.For samples with low acid content,such as gasoline and diesel,the end point of titration can be observed more intuitively by using GB/T 258 test method.Temperature titration is more suitable for fuel oil samples containing adhesives.
