高沸点HZY4机动车辆制动液的研制

摘　　要：以三乙二醇甲醚硼酸酯、三乙二醇丁醚硼酸酯、三乙二醇丁醚为原料,选择BA-T型防腐防锈复合剂以及二乙醇胺作为pH值调节剂制备了一种高沸点型HZY4制动液。测试结果表明:该制动液平衡回流沸点为281℃,湿平衡回流沸点为196℃,pH值为7.5,其他指标均符合GB 12981—2012《机动车辆制动液》各项指标要求。Using triethylene glycol methyl ether borate,triethylene glycol butyl ether borate,and triethylene glycol butyl ether as the main raw materials,a high boiling point HZY4 was developed by choosing the BA-T type anticorrosive and antirust compound agent and diethanolamine as pH regulator.The test results show that the equilibrium reflux boiling point of the high boiling point brake fluid developed in this paper is 281℃,the wet equilibrium reflux boiling point is 196℃,and the pH is 7.5.Other indexes are in line with the requirements of GB 12981—2012 national standard for various indicators of motor vehicle brake fluid.
