摘 要:以超疏水纳米二氧化硅为主材料,结合Tween-80等辅助材料,制备了超疏水纳米SiO_(2)乳液,并采用降压增注岩心流动实验、纳米乳液缓速性能实验测试了纳米乳液试样的应用效果。结果表明:纳米SiO_(2)较佳掺量为0.7%;纳米乳液最大压力变化率达到48.6%,可有效吸附在岩石孔隙表面,显著改善岩石渗透率,使流动阻力明显减小;并且纳米乳液的作用距离较大,可完成岩心的深度解堵,达到良好的缓速作用,实现降压增注。Super hydrophobic nano silica was selected as the main material,and nano emulsion samples with different amounts were prepared by combining Tween 80 and other auxiliary materials.By testing the basic properties,adsorption properties and wettability of different samples,the performance of nano emulsion with different superhydrophobic nano SiO_(2) content was analyzed.The application effect of the nanoemulsion samples was tested by using the core flow experiment of depressurization and injection,and the retarding performance experiment.The results show that the optimum dosage was 0.7%,The maximum pressure change rate of the sample reaches 48.6%,indicating that the nano emulsion samples can effectively adsorb on the rock pore surface to improve the rock permeability and reduce the flow resistance;Moreover,the distance between the nano emulsion and the core can be achieved by deep plugging,so as to achieve a good retardation effect and achieve decompression and injection.
