Brief Report on the Excavation of the Stone Cist Burial Cemetery at the Chengguan Grain Reserve of Maoxian County,Sichuan

摘　　要：2009年,对城关粮站石棺葬墓地的考古发掘,共清理石棺葬54座,出土各类器物300余件。墓葬均在竖穴土坑内以石板构筑石棺,年代集中在战国中晚期至西汉中晚期。此次发掘的墓葬,反映了该时期当地族群的生产生活状况,为进一步认识岷江上游地区石棺葬文化的年代、内涵、族属及与秦汉帝国的关系等问题提供了重要资料。Excavation of the stone cist burial cemetery at the Chengguan Grain Reserve of Maoxian County conducted by the Sichuan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology et al.in 2009 revealed 54 stone cist burials and more than 300 artifacts.Burials,small in scale,all contain stone cists built from stone slabs inside tomb pits and yielded a small number of grave goods dating to the late Warring States through the mid-late Western Han.Excavated burials,which reflect the production contexts and living conditions of the local population of the time,are of significant value for further understanding the Upper Min River valley stone cist burial culture’s chronology,cultural implications,ethnicity,and its cultural connections to the Qin and Han empires,etc.
