摘 要:随着铝土矿逐级开发,高品质铝土矿资源逐渐枯竭,高硫铝土矿的利用问题逐渐提上日程。针对硫含量为2.69%的高硫铝土矿,通过优化磨矿细度、活化剂种类、搅拌速度及试验流程,采用一次粗选一次精选一次扫选试验流程,得到产率为86.55%,硫含量为0.25%的精矿,尾矿产率为13.45%,硫含量为18.36%,所得精矿产品适宜于拜耳法生产氧化铝。With the gradual development of bauxite, the high-quality bauxite resources are gradually depleted, and the utilization of high-sulfur bauxite is gradually put on the agenda. With respect to the high-sulfur bauxite with a sulfur content of 2.69%, this paper adopts the test process of one-step roughing, one-step selecting and one-step sweeping by optimizing the grinding fineness, activator type, stirring speed and test process. As a result, the concentrate is obtained with a yield of 86.55% and a sulfur content of 0.25%, the yield of tailings is 13.45%, with a sulfur content of 18.36%. The concentrate product is suitable for the Bayer process to produce alumina.
