摘 要:本文针对混合永磁游标电机在空载/负载条件下的交叉耦合效应,分析两种永磁体的作用机理及其工作点的变化规律。首先,基于有限元法对气隙磁密和空载反电势进行计算,结果表明混合永磁交叉耦合效应会造成低矫顽力永磁体发生部分退磁,从而增加电机在线精确调磁的难度。其次通过矫顽力参数对交叉耦合效应的敏感性分析,说明低矫顽力永磁体的矫顽力越高,其抗交叉耦合能力就越强。最后,与单一永磁游标电机进行对比分析,在此基础上研究了混合永磁游标电机不同磁化水平下的气隙磁密分布、反电势和电感等特性参数的变化规律,为此类电机的永磁材料选择和拓扑结构设计及其高效在线调磁控制提供理论依据。Aiming at the cross coupling effect of hybrid permanent magnet vernier motors under no-load/load condition,the working mechanism of the two kinds of permanent magnets and the variation law of their working points were analyzed.Firstly,the air gap flux density and no-load back electromotive force(EMF)were calculated based on the finite element method(FEM).The results indicate that the cross coupling effect of the hybrid permanent magnet results in partial demagnetization of the low coercivity permanent magnet,which increases difficulty of on-line accurate field adjustment of the motors.Then,the sensitivity analysis of coercivity parameters to cross coupling effect shows that the higher the coercivity,the stronger the anti cross coupling ability.Finally,the electromagnetic performance of hybrid permanent magnet vernier motors and single permanent magnet vernier motors were compared and analyzed.The variation of the air gap flux density distribution,back EMF and inductance under different magnetization levels was investigated,which provides theoretical basis for permanent magnet material selection,topology design and efficient on-line flux regulation control.
