摘  要:针对某型飞行训练弹地面联试过程中出现的某信号异常问题,从接插件损坏和继电器故障等方面进行了故障分析及定位。排查结果表明,继电器遇到大量级冲击后触点反转,导致了信号异常。采用故障树分析法,定位故障。加入减振材料,提高继电器抗冲击能力后,导弹工作正常。Aiming at the abnormal signal during the ground test of a certain type of flight training missile, fault analysis and positioning were carried out from connector and relay. The investigation results show that the contactor of relay is reversal in the condition of high shock,resulting in the abnormal signal of the missile. Based on the theory of fault tree analysis, locate the fault. The addition of damping material makes the missile is normal.
