摘  要:继保测试设备在变电站运维中起着至关重要的作用,然而当前多采用以进口芯片为核心的方案设计,存在芯片断供的风险,间接危害电网的安全稳定。为降低设备对进口芯片的依存度,设计一种基于国产核心芯片的单兵继保测试设备。文章分析了单兵运维下的应用场景和性能要求,调研了国产核心芯片和外围电路芯片的现状。以国产芯片全志T3为核心芯片,外加紫光同创的国产FPGA,设计了可自动闭环测试的手持式继保单兵测试仪。该设备轻便且功能齐全,合适现场单兵作业。经测试表明,该设备符合智能变电站运维单兵作业需求,验证了国产核心芯片的可用性。The relay protection tester plays a vital role in the substation operation and maintenance. However, at present, it mostly adopts the design with imported chips as the core, which has the risk of chip shortage and indirectly endangers the safety and stability of power grids. In order to reduce the dependence on imported chips, an individual soldier relay protection tester based on domestic core chips is designed. This paper analyzes the application scenarios and performance requirements of the individual soldier relay protection tester, and design a handheld relay tester capable of automatic closed-loop testing with the domestic chip Allwinner T3 and the domestic FPGA of Tsinghua Unigroup. The device is light and fully functional, suitable for on-site single-soldier operations. The tests show that the device meets the requirements of individual operation of smart substation operation and maintenance, and at the same time verifies the availability of domestic core chips.
