摘　　要：近年来,随着钻井行业的提速增效,PDC钻头因其良好的性能得到越来越广泛的运用。然而PDC钻头在某些工况下容易发生泥包现象,大大降低钻井效率,增加钻井成本。文章在参考大量钻井作业的基础上,对造成PDC钻头泥包的原因进行系统地分析,并制定相应的预防处理措施,对指导钻井现场施工具有重要意义。In recent years, as the efficiency and speed of the drilling industry increase, PDC bits have been used more and more due to their excellent performance. However, PDC bits are prone to balling under certain working conditions, which greatly reduces drilling efficiency and increases drilling costs. Based on a large number of drilling operations, this paper systematically analyzes the causes of PDC bit balling, and formulates corresponding preventive measures, which is of great significance for guiding drilling operations.
