摘　　要：文章根据对德士古气化炉的监造经验,介绍了气化炉的结构特点与制造过程控制要点,气化炉的制造难点及采取的相应的控制措施和检验方法,气化炉制造过程中容易忽略的问题及应对措施。Based on the author’s experience in the supervision of Texaco gasifier, this article introduces the structural characteristics and key points of manufacturing process control of gasifier, the manufacturing difficulties of gasifier, the corresponding control measures and inspection methods, the problems easily ignored in the manufacturing process of gasifier and the countermeasures, so as to provide reference for the supervision of gasifier.
