脱水脱烃装置换热器堵塞治理及效果分析

摘  要:换热器是一种在不同温度的两种或两种以上流体间实现物料之间热量传递的换热器节能设备,是使热量由温度较高的流体传递给温度较低的流体,使流体温度达到流程规定的指标,以满足工艺条件的需要,同时也是提高能源利用率的主要设备之一。在石油化工行业应用十分广泛,具有节能增效的作用。大牛地气田脱水脱烃装置采用板翅式换热器进行热量交换,但在运行的过程中由于杂质堵塞,造成换热器压差升高、换热效率下降、集输管网回压升高等一系列问题。文章通过对板翅式换热器堵塞原因进行分析,明确堵塞机理,并制定将板翅式换热器更换为缠绕管式换热器的堵塞治理改造对策,最后通过装置运行效果分析判断堵塞治理效果。Heat exchanger is part of the heat transfer of hot fluid to cold fluid equipment, in the petrochemical industry is widely used, with the role of energy saving and efficiency. Plate-fin heat exchanger is used in the dehydration and dehydrocarbonization unit of Daniudi gas field for heat exchange. However, a series of problems such as pressure difference increase, heat exchange efficiency decrease and back pressure increase of gathering and conveying pipe network are caused by impurity blockage during operation. Through the analysis of the reasons for the clogging of plate-fin heat exchanger, the mechanism of clogging is clarified, and the reform scheme of replacing plate-fin heat exchanger with wound tube heat exchanger is formulated. After the implementation of the transformation, the effect of plugging treatment can be judged by analyzing the operation effect.
