摘　　要：双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪是近几年发展起来的一种新型钢轨专用超声波检测仪器,具有检测速度快、检出率高等特点,已在全路及城市轨道交通领域投入使用。双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪轮式探头性能对缺陷检测能力具有决定性影响,但目前国内外没有相关标准规定其性能指标及其检验方法。为规范双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪技术要求,对轮式探头性能及检验方法开展研究。分析TB/T 2340—2012《钢轨超声波探伤仪》规定的滑靴探头性能指标,对比双轨探伤仪轮式探头与单轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪滑靴探头结构差异,确定了保障轮式探头性能的8项指标,详细论述轮式探头性能指标检验方法。为确保轮式探头检验结果的准确性,可适当增加CSK-IA等试块的宽度,轮式探头可采用沿试块纵向(长度方向)滚动、沿轮式探头竖直方向几何中心轴线旋转、沿试块横向(与试块长度方向垂直)平移等移动方式检验。Dual-rail ultrasonic testing detector is a new type of ultrasonic testing detector for rail in recent years,with the features of high detection speed and rate.It has been put into use in the field of railroad and urban rail transit.The performance of wheel probe of dual-rail ultrasonic testing detector has a decisive impact on the defect detection ability,but there is no relevant standard to specify its performance index and inspection method both home and abroad.In order to standardize the technical specifications of dual-rail ultrasonic testing detector,the performance and inspection method of wheel probe are studied.This paper analyzes the performance indexes of sliding shoe probe specified in TB/T 2340—2012 Ultrasonic testing detector for rail,compares the structural differences between wheel probe for dual-rail flaw detector and sliding shoe probe for single-rail ultrasonic testing detector.It determines eight indexes to ensure the performance of wheel probe,and discusses the performance index and inspection method of it in detail.In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection results of it,the width of the test block such as CSK-IA can be appropriately increased.The wheel probe can be inspected by rolling along the longitudinal direction(length direction)of the test block,rotating along the geometric central axis in the vertical direction of the wheel probe,translating along the transverse direction(perpendicular to the length direction of the test block)of the test block.
